Signature Process

Using our proprietary Signature Processing techniques and following minimally manipulative procedures, our process does not alter the relevant structural properties of the perinatal tissue. Our tissue products maintain the integrity of the original source material and the relevant characteristics to its utility for supplementation, reconstruction, repair, or replacement.

  • All products undergo independent sterility testing and are manufactured in a GMP & GTP Facility.
  • Signature APatch is HCT/P compliant under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act according to 21 CFR Part 1271.10. It is regulated as a human cell and tissue product – for homologous use only.
  • Prescription use only for sale to licensed healthcare professionals.

Signature APatch

Product Description: Signature APatch is a cryopreserved tissue derived from amniotic membrane for homologous use as a wound covering. Signature APatch can separate the underlying tissue from the external environment.

Measurement: Signature APatch is a hexagon with 2.5 cm sides (5.0 cm diameter). The total surface area is 16.24 cm2. The hexagon shape allows for multi-directional expansion to cover wounds of varying sizes and morphology.

Delivery: Our tissue is packaged in a 15.0mL wide mouth vial and cryopreserved in 7.5% DMSO for storage below -65 ̊C and thaws in a gloved hand then adding room temperature sterile solution within 10 minutes for application.

Signature Cord

Product Description: Signature Cord is derived from umbilical cord tissue and it is intended to be used as a cushioning agent for homologous supplementation.

Measurement: Signature Cord is measured based on tissue weight and contains 75 mg of tissue per mL. Available vial volume sizes:

  • 1.0 mL vial (75 mg)
  • 1.5 mL vial (112.5 mg)
  • 2.0 mL vial (150 mg)

Filtration: Signature Cord tissue products are available in two types of filtration, Standard and Micro.

  • Signature Cord (Standard) can pass through a 21-gauge or larger diameter needle
  • Signature Cord (Micro) can pass through a 25-gauge or larger diameter needle
