Over 10 years of industry experience starting as an early employee with the Stem Cell Institute in Panama, working in the accounting department but also frequently interacting with patients. Spent five years in New York City working in financial analytics and completed her MBA with a focus on strategy and healthcare. Relocated to Dallas to run Aidan Products, a nutraceutical company also founded by Neil Riordan, where she more than doubled profitability and established new lines of business.

Over 10 years of experience in the field of regenerative biology, cardiovascular research and translational medicine. Skilled in Stem Cell Biology, Human Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (hiPSCs), Mesenchymal Stem Cells derived from umbilical cord (UC-MSCs) and Cardiac electrophysiology. Well experienced overseeing R&D and clinical product manufacturing operations in compliance with set regulations and policies.

Over 10 years in the regenerative medicine industry using adult stem cells starting in MediStem Panama, working in the Production Department as a Laboratory Technician and Cell Line Coordinator. Well experienced in implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) after 6 years in MediStem Panama in the role of Quality Assurance.

Dan Wagner

Joined Signature Biologics in 2019 and is responsible for Business Development Strategy, Professional Education, and continued Expansion Planning, while also directing Customer Service, Sales Operations, Field Sales, and Marketing teams.
Over 15 years of notable experience directing Sales Force Effectiveness to cover 1500 salespersons across 23 countries and contributed to Medical Device startups in cardiology, pain management, and orthopedics. Launched new surgical procedures, like LESS Surgery, and organization wide directives of multi-million-dollar, international investments reporting to the Board of Directors.

Prior to current role, worked with individual financial advisors to build enterprise value through practice management structures and the development of multigenerational enterprise teams. Held leadership positions in multiple industries; including non-profit, as Executive Director of PlaySmart, in education, as Collaboration Coordinator for Economic Opportunity at the Skandarlaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in Saint Louis, and in various corporations.

Over 10 years of experience in small business environments, managing operations to improve efficiencies and automate processes. Particularly versed in problem solving, conceptualization, and end-to-end project execution with an emphasis on information technologies.

Over 25 years of accounting experience, with 15 years of specific controllership experience. Worked for both public and private companies, primarily in telecommunications, utility, and software sectors.
